Juliana Jeronymo

Director - Brazil

Juliana Jeronymo was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil and has a degree in Business Tourism at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. At the age of 19 she started her international career as a J1 Visa, having worked in major multinational organizations such as Walt Disney World and Marriott International in both United States and Canada. With over 15 years of experience in the industry Juliana has been through every step of the process, from being a J1 herself to recruiting personnel. Admin and Accounting Manager

Jay has more than three decades of in-depth experience of business administration and accounting operations. Jay worked as an Employment Officer for the Government of Gujarat for more than two decades before moving to London, England where he served as an Income and Admin Officer for Riverside Group Ltd one of the largest not-for-profit organizations in the United Kingdom.

Jay moved to Canada in 2017 and joined Brij Rathi Consultancy Ltd team. Jay plays an extremely crucial role at BRC as an Admin and Accounting Manager, he ensures all retainer agreements between clients and company are in compliance, keeping an accurate record of accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general accounting using a secured system. Jay ensures that all accounting related inquiries are answered within the company's standard response timeframe. He looks after all accounts related matters of the company both internal and external.

Tania Phillipsz

Processing Manager

Tania comes with in-depth knowledge of immigration processing with 10 years of hands on work experience and a wide exposure in Canadian Immigration, including but not limited to federal applications i.e. FST, FSW, CEC, Sponsorship and Provincial applications i.e. AINP, SINP, BCPNP etc. Tania assesses clients under different federal and provincial programmes and advise the best option available for foreign nationals to immigrate. Tania heads processing department and coordinates with clients and government agencies in regards to immigration application process.

Tania immigrated to Canada in 2007 with her husband and kids and can relate to cultural changes and embraces client challengers and advice them compassionately.
